At JBD, we provide highly skilled architects trained in Revit and AutoCAD to support your firm’s base building or interior design projects. Whether you need assistance on-site at your office or prefer remote collaboration, our professionals are ready to help you complete any architectural task efficiently.

For added flexibility, we offer JBD-provided workstations or laptops for an additional fee, ensuring your team has the tools they need to succeed.

Junior Arch. / Designer – 0–5+ years of experience

Revit and/or AutoCad
Limited professional experience.
Works under supervision, assists in drafting, modeling, and DD.

Intermediate Arch. / Designer – 5–10+ years of experience

Revit and/or AutoCad
Experience in project phases from concept to construction.
More responsibility in design, drafting, and detailing, CM.
May oversee junior staff and coordinate with consultants.

Senior Architect / PA-PM – 10+ years of experience

Revit and/or AutoCad
Manage projects from inception to completion.
Client facing, team coordination, and problem-solving.
Manage from Concept to CD and CM.

Back-Office Project Teams

If you need a dedicated team to handle your project workload, JBD offers full back-office production teams, serving as an extension of your firm. Our teams—consisting of two or more staff tailored to your needs—can produce complete sets of architectural documents while you remain the client-facing architect of record, retaining full liability and brand ownership.

A typical JBD team includes:

One or more Senior staff members
Intermediate and Junior professionals as needed

We work seamlessly behind the scenes under your office brand, coordinating with your designated point person through regular in-person meetings, Zoom, conference calls, and email. Your JBD team members are also available for on-site meetings as agreed upon with your firm.
